- There were 233,491 takeoffs and landings, or an average of 640 per day, in 2000 at ABQ.Ê 82,117 by major airlines; 34,441 by commuter airlines; 44,731 by military aircraft; and 72,202 by general aviation aircraft.
- ABQ shares its runways with Kirtland Air Force Base, which provides aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) services for the airport.
