The participant fee includes one set of proceedings, the banquet, the reception,
and all lunches and breaks.

Method of Payment:
Registration fees can include check, money order, wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. (Discovery and Diners Club are not acceptable). Cash will not be accepted. A printed receipt will also be included in the registration packet at the conference.

Paying by Credit Card:
When registering (and paying) through WebPay, you must also
fill out the Registration Form and fax to (505)844-4523 for our records.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Discover and Diners Club are not acceptable. The on-line registration form will process your credit card and give you an authorization code. You will receive confirmation email following the successful submission of your registration. If paying by credit card using a hard-copy registration form, please fax to (505)844-4523, care of VCW2006 Registration. Be sure credit card number, expiration date, and signature are filled out on form before faxing.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of conference registration with refund of fee, less a $50.00 service charge, will be accepted if received in writing by VCW2006 organizers no later than May 1, 2006. No refunds will be given after that date. Refund or additional fees for special events, such as banquet or the short course, can only be given in case of over subscription or cancellation of the event.
